Mary Lou Maly, 83 of Wahoo, NE, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo. She was born February 16, 1931, in Brainard, NE to Louis and Helen (Komenda) Tejral. She graduated from Brainard High School in 1949. On October 2, 1950, Mary Lou was united in marriage to Fred Maly at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Brainard. Mary Lou was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and she was a Catholic Daughter. She was active with the St. Wenceslaus sewing ladies. She enjoyed baking, sewing, gardening and crafts. Time with family was always very special to her. She is survived by children, Gary (Terry) Maly of Olathe, KS, Laurie (Joe) Maestas of Apache Junction, AZ, and Keith (Diane) Maly of Lincoln; grandchildren, Sara, Jason (Robyn), Brett (Tracey), and Craig; great-grandchildren, Raul, Shawn, Cooper, and Avery; brother, Robert (Margaret) Tejral of Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred E. "Skipper" Maly; parents, Louis and Helen Tejral; brother, Donald Tejral. Visitation, Tuesday, January 27, 5:00-7:00 p.m., Scripture Service, 7:00 p.m., Svoboda Funeral Home, Wahoo. Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, January 28, 10:00 a.m., St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Wahoo. Rev. Charles Townsend will be the celebrant. Interment at St. Francis Cemetery, Wahoo.
