Bio
She was the wife of Joel P. Halbert whom she married about 1883 according to the 1900 census. He was previously married to Sarah Ann Green who died in 1881. Death certificate says she was buried in Eustace but did not specify this cemetery. Since she was living with her son Joel Dempsey and he and his family are buried here it seems reasonable to assume she is as well.
