Bio

Walter was the son of John Franklin and Sarah Anne (Thomas) Paschal, raised by Ada (Francis) Paschal after Sarah died. Walter married Maggie Duff Ready on 26 Nov 1905 in Cannon County, Tennessee. Walter farmed the fertile Stones River bottom up stream from Readyville growing mostly corn while wheat was also grown. Some of the corn and wheat were processed at the Readyville Mill while most was used for feed. Walter and Maggie Duff had 8 children with 2 passing while infants.
