Published in The Paducah Sun, Paducah, McCracken Co., Ky., 7 Jun 2001 - ST. LOUIS--Services for Thomas H. Miner Jr., 80, of St. Louis will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Voss Funeral Home of Seymour, Ind. The Rev. Bill Weaver will officiate, with burial in Riverview Cemetery, where military graveside rites will be conducted. He died at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday in St. Louis. A graduate of Indiana University, he was a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a 32nd-degree Mason, a member of Moolah Shrine, Scottish Rite, and Eastern Star. He is survived by his wife, Alverda M. "Nee" McKain Miner; a daughter, Sue DeVillez; two brothers, Andrew and Robert Miner; a sister, Frances Miliczky; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters. His parents were Thomas H. Miner Sr. and Martha Robinette Miner.
