Bio
Our dear Mother, Cora Lillian Sangalli, went to live with the Lord on December 29, 2014 and be reunited with her beloved husband, Joe, and her children and grandchildren anxiously awaiting her arms. Lillian, age 94 1/2, was born June 28, 1920, in Texarkana, Arkansas. She married her one true love, Joseph Gus Sangalli, November 3, 1936. Lillian's life was filled with love and adoration. She was cherished and pampered by her loving family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Women's Society, and Catholic Daughters of America. She loved gardening and watching the birds and deer. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Joe, her daughter, Darlene, and grandchildren, Gus, Melanie, and Laura. Lillian is survived by her children and spouses, Joe F. and Shirley Sangalli, Patricia and Billy Robinson, Judy Copeland, Tony and Gloria Sangalli, Joyce Weber, Phillip and Cindy Sangalli, Karen and Rick Meredith, and Lisa and Joe Ford. She had 21 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren and step¬grandchildren, all of whom call her Grandma. Services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Texarkana, Texas, at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 3rd, 2015, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
