"Carolyn M. Kingston, 76 years, of Fremont, NE died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at The Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Carolyn was born December 26, 1937 in Lindsay, NE to Harry and Emma (Weidner) Gaspers. She grew up at Lindsay and graduated from Lindsay Holy Family High School. Carolyn married Francis Heimann on September 1, 1956 in Lindsay. After her marriage, she lived at Lindsay, then moved to Columbus, NE and later moved to Omaha. Carolyn worked at Mutual of Omaha and then was an executive secretary at the Brandeis Department Store in Omaha for many years. She later worked for Momsen Trucking in Millard. Francis died on September 18, 1974. Carolyn married Jim Kingston on May 25, 1984 and she then moved to Fremont. Carolyn was a secretary at Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, where she retired. She is a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont. She is survived by her husband, Jim; son, Mike and wife, Leisa Heimann of Omaha; daughters, Janice and husband, Mike Stopak of Omaha and Arlene Heimann of North Bend, NE; step-sons, Robert and wife, Eileen Kingston of Omaha and Mark and wife, Mary Kingston of North Bend; step-daughter, Debra Kingston of Omaha; brother, Dave and wife, Kathy Gaspers of Columbus, NE; sisters, Emily Amaral of Manhattan Beach, CA and Patricia and husband, Dene Barrett of Frazier Park, CA; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1st husband, Francis. Funeral Mass 10 AM. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont. The Rev. Father David Belt will officiate. Rosary, 7 PM, Tuesday at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation on Tuesday from 4 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home and on Wednesday at church 1 hr prior to service. Burial at Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.
