Bio

World War I draft registration card says he was "tall, medium build, dark brown eyes, black hair, with no marks/scars" on 4 June 1918. He married Viola Olson on 12 Sept 1923, in Manti, Sanpete Co., UT., and they twelve children. In 1962 Carlos lived in Spanish Fork, UT.
