Bio
Mary Lucas' burial place is believed to be on the left side of the Cemetary, left side of the drive going around to the backside of the Cemetary. She had no stone the last time I was there, but there was a large angel and other things there to mark her grave. Her grave was shown to me by cousins, Tracy And Lola Mae Rector Edwards and Howard Rector about 2010 or 2011. Mary was married to Charles Daniel Lucas, Jr and they were the parents of several children, some of them are; J Thomas Lucas 1803 Elizabeth Lucas Rainwater Holliman 1806-1869, Dorcas Lucas 1810-1850, John Hasten Lucas, Sr 1812-1894, William Lucas 1815-1905, Uriah Lucas 1816-1912, Mary Polly Lucas Holliman 1819-1913, Lorenzo Lucas 1821-1821, Jane Caroline Lucas 1823-?, Nancy B Lucas 1826-1853. .
