Passed on 6-3-14 born 7-1-59 to Evertt A.Harriman and Addie F.Harriman following in death father Evertt Harriman. Survived by his loving wife Patricia R. Harriman (Crooks), 2 children , 3 grandchildren , and his mother Addie Harriman (Reece). Also 1 sister,3 brothers. He had many cool neices and nephews. David was a member of Topeka Presbyterian Church and Auburn Presbyterian Church where he married on 5-7-88. David helped take care of his uncle Craig Birtel and do his taxes. David loved helping his Grandfather Carl Birtel on the farm and had many fond memories their with his grandparents. He worked at Starlite Skate Rink when we started dating what made me fall in love with him was he was a gentleman he loved me for me. David had many diffrent jobs he worked for the 501 School District as a janitor, as a cna, cma at United Methodist Home, and as a security guard. He enjoyed camping with his family, fishing, and sitting in front of a gold camp fire. David had a stroke and while in hospital found out he was in kidney failure and had to start dialysis. David was sick alot and hurt quiet a bit. He had been in and out of hospital from August thru January and because of a stroke he spent a month at Plaza West Nursing Home for rehab. On May 3rd he decided that he just could’nt live this way anymore. David was unhappy living like that. He loved his children and grandchildren very much, and was sad that he couldn’nt be hear to watch them grow and see what they would do in life. David didn’t want to leave me. David my love I will mess you so very much I already miss you putting your arms around me and holding me when I’m sad, but I understand my cuddle bear and I well see you one day in heaven. Thank you for 26 years of marriage, you are my love and I will always love you forever and ever.
