Frankie Joseph Jezek, 89, passed away on November 24, 2014, at Weston Inn Health Center in Temple, Texas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., November 28, 2014, at the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel, Ennis. Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m., November 29, 2014, at J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery of Ennis. Frankie was born in Elgin, Texas, to the late Joseph Jezek III (Joe) and Julia (Eula) Kotrla Jezek. He grew up around Belton, Texas. In 1942, he moved to Dallas, Texas. Frankie met Geraldine Frances Krajca and they were married on June 16, 1956. He owned a lawn care business until he retired in 1993. Frankie was a member of S.P.J.S.T. Lodge No. 84. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, on August 23, 2012; his siblings: Olga, Justine, Dolphina, Albert, Lydia, Walter, Leon, Martha, and Wilma; and nephew, Rudolph Marek Jr. Survivors include several nieces and nephews, plus great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
