Born June 13, 1921 to Roy M. and Rose L. Conklin in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Survived by three sons, John H. Lekin of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jimmy W. Lekin of St. Simon island, GA, and Thomas R. Lekin of Fort Pierce, FL.
