Bio

Married S.L. Hooten on December 24, 1890. Cooper Review-Friday, December 30, 1934-Final Rites for E.O. McCombs, 77, were conducted at Klondike Sunday afternoon at the Church of Christ , with the services conducted by Elder J.D. Wheeler. Mr. McCombs died at his home west of Klondike at 3 o'clock Saturday morning following a lengthy illness. Burial was in the Old Cemetery at Klondike with Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Grady Mills, John Anderson, M. Stubblefield, Otis Jackson, Fletcher Meador, and Tom Robnett. Mr. McCombs is survived by his wife,, three sons, Elmer, Price and John H. McCombs, four daughters, Mrs. Ed Poe, Mrs. Richard Poe John McCombs and Hilda McCombs and two brothers R. McCombs and J.B.McCombs, both of Klondike.
