Proctor, III (special friend, Candy); daughter, Deanna (Matt) Funkhauser; 3 grandchildren, Nikki Funkhauser, Christine Proctor, Amanda Funkhauser, all Omaha; sister, Patricia (Gerald) Shephard, Cedar Bluffs, NE; 3 brothers, Richard (Brenda) Bezousek, Tampa, FL, Ronald (Beth) Bezousek, Omaha, Robert (Debbie) Bezousek, LaVista. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to ALS of the Heartlands. Family will receive friends Tues. 6-8 PM at West Center Chapel. Services Wed. 10 AM West Center Chapel. Interment Graceland Park Cemetery.
