Nancy Marie Bearden, 81, of Riesel, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014, in Marlin. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at Bellmead Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 16, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Arthur officiating. Burial will be at Riesel Cemetery. Nancy was born in Leroy, Texas, to the late Frank Herman and Willie Mae (Hubik) Jupe. She attended Riesel Schools and on September 3, 1951, she married A. J. Bearden in Tours, Texas. Nancy was a seamstress, a member of the Old Time Baptist Church and a member of the Riesel Riding Club. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, A. J. Bearden, of Riesel; daughters: Kathy Bailey and husband, Buddy, of Kosse, Glenda Finley and husband, Steve, of Walnut Springs, Gina Bearden, and Dee Dee Niles and husband, Ryan, all of Riesel, and Cayla Davis, of Waco; son, Roy Dean Bearden and wife, Stephanie, of McGregor; grandchildren: Kelly Jo Hykle and husband, Keith, Codie Miller and husband, Bobby, Dee Dee Niles and husband, Ryan, Dustin Bearden, Melissa Summers, Devonne Bearden, Michelle Bearden, Terry Joe Maas, and Timothy Kellum; great-grandchildren: Briar Hykle, Kade, Bailey and Lacie Miller, Cayla Davis, Olan and Kristen Massingill, Rhody Niles, Haley and Marley Maas, and Selena and Joe Uresti; and many other family and friends.
