Bio

Elizabeth "Lizzie" Sokolik was born on 19 November 1879. She married Adolph John Serbus, the son of Jan (John) and Rosile Brtek Serbus. Adolph John was born on 18 March 1879, near Sleepy Eye in Brown County, Minnesota. In 1906, Elizabeth and Adolph moved to Rogers Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. They had three children, Lillian, Frederick, and Rose Serbus, who were born in Bechyn, Minnesota; and a son, Claude Serbus, who was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. Adolph and Lizzie lived in St. Paul until their deaths. Elizabeth "Lizzie" Sokolik Serbus died on 03 October 1960 and her husband, Adolph John Serbus, died on 26 April 1961. Both died in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
