Dad was born June 26, 1913 in Lehi, Utah, the fourth of seven children to Eden Eugene and Ann Elizabeth Smith Webb. He was a life long resident of Lehi and loved his boyhood years on the farm. They were blessed with six children; Karl Eugene, Kaye, Linda, Bruce Lee, John Nicholas, and Pamela. After 44 years of marriage, Josephine passed away on November 21, 1980. On January 3, 1983, Dad married Delma Jean Austin Jorgenson with whom he spent 17 wonderful and fulfilling years.Dad's career was spent maintaining and constructing roads. Upon retirement in 1982, he was General Superintendent for Lehi City. But his focus and priority in life were his church and his family.
