Bio

Nona Jackie Wilder was born Feb. 14, 1920 and grew up in Westminster, TX. She passed away Oct. 3, 2014 in Dallas, Tx. and resided in Walnut Place. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Faris Wilder, she was also preceded by four brothers and three sisters. She worked with Richardson Independent School District until retirement. Jackie was a member of First United Methodist Church and active in Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening and always had beautiful flowers throughout the year. Jackie loved walking and could "out walk" those that were much younger than she. She will always be remembered by her special niece, Lynda Dailey, one sister-in-law. an abundance of nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, Oct. 6, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Tues. Oct. 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, Richardson, TX followed by burial at Restland Memorial Park. Published in Dallas Morning News on Oct. 5, 2014
