NEW SITE – Euel C. Wilemon, 91, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center – Iuka. He was born February 22, 1923, to James and Katie Wilson Wilemon. He was a retired farmer and school bus driver. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, September 30, 2014, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Jones and Minister Mark Neaves officiating. Burial will be in the Lindsey Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Lee Koon Wilemon; two daughters, Carolyn (Jerry) Maxcy of Fulton and Kay Wilemon of New Site; one son, Clayton (Denise) Wilemon of Booneville; one sister, Shirley Ramsey of Fulton; one brother, J.P. (Bobbie) Wilemon of Belmont; seven grandchildren, Brad Wilemon, Ashley Duke, Alex Webb, Michael Smith, Melanie Hopper, John Maxcy and Will Maxcy; eight great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Aubrey Brown of Iuka; one aunt, Ravelle Hudson of Battle Creek, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Marie Johnson Wilemon; one sister, Myrl Brown; one son-in-law, Rick Webb; and one brother-in-law, Harold Ramsey. Visitation will continue until service time today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Sherron Barron, Dan Crabb, Jeff Long, Bobby Pharr, Greg Smith, James Thornton, Brad Wilemon, Mack Wilemon, Alex Webb and Paul Brown.
