Funeral services for Betty Carolyn Malone of Winona will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Oak Springs Cemetery in Calhoun County. Rev. Kenneth Armstrong will officiate the services. Visitation will be Tuesday, from noon until service time, at the funeral home. Mrs. Malone, 78, died of heart failure at Winona Manor in Winona on Sunday, September 14. She was born in Calhoun County on November 27, 1935, to the late John Dewey and Blanche Beatrice Simpson Baker. She was a homemaker and a member of North Winona Baptist Church.
