Bio
Edward R. Krajca, 84, a loving and devoted husband and a retired claims administrator for Central Freight Lines for 45 years, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at a local hospital following a short illness. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home in Burleson/Fort Worth. Burial: Rendon Cemetery in Rendon. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Bearers of Ed's casket will be Brian, Joey, John, Randy, Richard and Rodney Krajca, Randall, Jeff and Mark Latham. Honorary bearers will be Glenn Hickman, Joe Champ, James Ashton, Gary Kidwell, Benny Latham, Grady Williams and the Whataburger Coffee Club. Ed enjoyed hunting, garage and estate sales and having coffee with the "Coffee Club." He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. Survivors: Wife of 62 years, Mildred Cantrell Krajca; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Published by Star-Telegram from Aug. 29 to Aug. 30, 2004.
