Doug Ransom, 67, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014, in Glen Rose. Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Glen Rose High School Auditorium. Burial: White Church Cemetery in Somervell County. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wiley Funeral Home. His second wife was Brenda Buzan Ransom, b. Sept. 11, 1948. They married Mar. 23, 1984. Their only child was Chris Ransom b May 31, 1985, in Cleburne, TX. Published in Star-Telegram on Sept. 9, 2014
