Bio

Son of Charles & Louise (Puncochar) Svoboda. Married to Deanne Russell on 8-11-1956 at Kearney, NE. US Army & US Army National Guard Veteran - 24 plus years. He served as a police officer in Ord before joining the Shelton police force in 1969. He retired from the Shelton police in May 1999.
