Bio
Frances Nevada Garrett began her new life in heaven on August 9, 2014. She was born October 13, 1923 in Trinity Mills, Texas to George Washington Bell and Bessie Ellen Stultz. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 36 years, Lon Charles Garrett, son-in-law Samuel J. Stevens and seven siblings. In 2009 Frances moved to Boerne, TX along with her daughter and son-in-law. She celebrated her 90th birthday last October with a big party and many friends and family in attendance. She is survived by her daughters Cathy Ann Garrett, Atlanta, GA, Sheree Garrett Stevens, Boerne and Patricia Ellen Garrett, Dallas as well as her sister Miriam Young, Cypress sister-in-law Maudine Fiedler, Boerne and many wonderful nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Dallas on August 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Northway Christian Church, 7202 W. NW Highway. The family requests no flowers.
