Bio

Son of Matthew Rainwater and Mahala Snapp. Civil War veteran. --------- A.B. Rainwater moved to Hico in 1907. He died at the home of his daughter in Thorndale. Services were held at the Hico Cemetery. Survived by his children - Frank and Joe Rainwater, Mrs. Jean Copeland, Robert Rainwater, Mrs. Lee Copeland; one granddaughter, who they raised.
