Bio

Graveside services were held in the Ord cemetery Monday afternoon for Karen Sue Skala, five-months-old daughter of Helen and the late Bennie Skala. The infant died suddenly Friday, July 12, at Forsyth, Montana, enroute with her mother, sister and brother, from Washington state to Omaha. Rev. Allen Martin officiated at the last rites. Hastings-Pearson were in charge of arrangements. Survivors include the mother, a brother Richard, two sisters, Sandra and Linda, paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Skala, maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fleider of Ord.
