Death: After June 18, 1889. According to a letter written by her daughter, Elizabeth Jackson, Stacy was alive at this date. She was living in Miami, Gray County, Texas with Elizabeth and her sons beginning in the winter of 1889, and planned to move back home in the fall of 1889. The letter was written to Stacy's son and Elizabeth's brother, William Murphy Copeland.
