February 04, 2006 Obituaries The Herald Banner William Painter HURST — William "Bill" F. Painter, 69, died Jan. 31, 2006, in Fort Worth. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. today at Brown Trail Church of Christ, 1801 Brown Trail, in Bedford. Burial follows at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. Mr. Painter was born March 10, 1936, in Wolfe City. He married Joan Tanner in 1955, and they had just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 23, 2005. They were very devoted members at Brown Trail Church of Christ for more than 30 years. Mr. Painter had served as a deacon for many of those years. He had a passion for helping others and always made you smile. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Painter was a retired textile manufacturer's representative with 45 years' service. Memorials may be made to Brown Trail School of Preaching, P.O.
