Bio

Eugene apparently took his mother's first husband's surname. Emma married William Sheltman in 1889. William remarried in 1897 so there was a divorce. Since Eugene was so young and Emma returned to her first married name, Eugene went by that surname, Winston. Provided by Carolyn Golowka
