Aline Hammock Bruton Born in Irene, Texas on Nov. 21, 1909 Departed on Feb. 10, 2006 and resided in Hillsboro, TX. Visitation: Saturday Feb. 11, 2006 Service: Sunday Feb. 12, 2006 Cemetery: Hillcrest Garden of Memory Aline Hammock Bruton, 96, of Hillsboro died Friday, February 10, 2006, at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home in Hillsboro. Aline was born November 21, 1909 in Irene, Texas the daughter of Henry Augusta and Betty Lyle (Sharp) Hammock. On May 9, 1930 she married Mayse Bruton in Hillsboro and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2005. For 17 years she worked for Sears Roebuck and Company. Since 1979, she had resided in Hillsboro and was a member of College Hill Church of Christ. Aline was a talented seamstress and a homemaker. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Carl and George Hammock; and a sister, Mary Herd. Survivors include two brothers, J. W. Hammock and wife, Sue, of Cedar Hill and Ben Hammock and wife, Debbie, of Waxahachie; one sister, Mildred Moore of Waxahachie; and several nieces and nephews.
