Bio

Herman was a son of Jacob L. Hannel & Melvina C. Barks. Herman first married Perla A. J. Mowrer (1880-1915) on January 8, 1914 in Harrison County, Indiana. No identified children. Herman then married Ola Alice Best (1893-1958) on October 20, 1917 in Harrison County, Indiana. No identified children. Herman was probably a veteran of World War I even though his obituary reports World War II. He was probably too old for service in World War II.
