Rite Held For Rufus Phillips Funeral services for Rufus Lee Phillips, 79, of Cleburne were held Saturday at Crosier-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Barnes officiating. Burial was at Rose Hill Cemetery. Phillips died Friday in Bosque County. He was born March 30, 1914, in Bosque County, a son of Mattie and Gilford Phillips. He was a resident of Cleburne for 50 years. He was married to Lucille Cryer on June 15, 1970, in Marietta, Okla. He was a carman for Santa Fe Railroad. Crosier Pearson Funeral Home
