Ruby Lee (Fregia) Tullier passed from this life to her reward at 10:20 a.m. on this Wednesday, September 20, 2006. Her loving son Donald Anthony Tullier survives her. Her husband of forty years Leo Adam Tullier as well as three brothers Brady Fregia, Vernon Fregia, and Allen Fregia have preceded her in death. Born in Batson, Texas, daughter of Louis and Ella Fregia, Mrs. Tullier was a long time resident of Beaumont, Texas. She moved to Houston in 1998. After eight years of dialysis, she succumbed to the effects of kidney disease peacefully at the Houston Hospice @ the Texas Medical Center. Visitation will be held Friday, September 22, 2006 from 5 - 9 p.m., Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in the Miller Funeral Home, 7723 Beechnut, Houston.
