WOODSBORO - Allie Marie Gillespie, 82, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was a wonderful mother to her 4 children and a devoted housewife and hunting companion to her husband of 67 years Norman W. Gillepsie. Allie was a fabulous cook and noted for her German chocolate cakes. She was born December 12, 1931 in Refugio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her son Bruce Allen Gillespie; her parents , a brother John Linney; and her sisters Carrie Landrum, Mertie Mullen, and Estelle Nash.
