Dorothy Bratcher, 86, passed peacefully Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Skyvue Funeral Home. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Willie Belle Bratcher; sister, Juanita DeVance; and a son, Charles Ray Partney. Survivors: Sons, Raymond Walters and wife, Carol, and Gary Walters and wife, Nancy; daughters, Vivian Wilson, Loretta Porter and husband, Charles, Kay Jacobs and husband, Tom, Rita Emery and husband, Tim; sister, Earlene Story and husband, James; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
