Bio

Born October 27, 1925 to Evan and Flora Hallsey Davis. Died March 30, 2011 in Salt Lake City. Married Margaret Ann Rydalch on June 17, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. Bob worked and retired from Tooele Army Depot. Member of the LDS Church and served in many callings. He was blessed with a witty sense of humor and known for the nicknames he gave to family and friends. He loved spending time with his family, and sending unique letters. He treasured driving to McDonalds to have breakfast and "B.S." with the "Romeo" club. He is survived by wife, Margaret; daughters, Kay Davis and Jan Rollie (Keith); sons, Evan Davis (Carolyn) and Alan Davis (Chris); fourteen grandchildren; and nineteen 1/2 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Evan and Flora; and sisters, Madge, Doris, and Irene. Funeral services will be held on Monday April 4, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. in the Tooele Eighth Ward Chapel, 196 North Pinehurst. A viewing will be held at Tate Mortuary on Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and prior to the services at the church on Monday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Tooele City Cemetery.
