Bio

Frank Torti, 77 passed peacefully at home in Waxahachie Texas Sunday June 15, 2014. He leaves his wife of 54 years Carol (Beard) Torti, brothers Charles Torti and Jonnie Torti, sons Frank S. Torti and Jack D. Torti, five grandchildren, six and a half great grand-children and several nieces and nephews. Frank was born at home in Tarrant County, Texas on November 4, 1936 to Estelle and Giovanni Torti. He was a long time resident of Irving, Texas. He and Carol re-located to Waxahachie in 2007. He was very proud of both his sons and the wonderful men they have become. He was a doting grand-father and loved to spend time with his family. He was well known for his amusing stories and antics. He never grew tired of retelling the anecdotes of his life to both new and old audiences. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday June 17, 2014 6:00 PM, at the home of Frank Steven and Karen Torti, 3076 FM 66 in Waxahachie. Pastor Ben Forbes of Eden Road Community Church will be officiating.
