Erma Dean Massey, 88, of Nocona, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 in Denton. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Goree Cemetery in Goree, Texas with Rev. Ron Wilson, officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home, Seymour, Texas. Dean was born November 6, 1925 in Goree, to Tom and Savanah Clayborn Wilson. She was a graduate of Goree High School. She married Billie Hudson on December 27, 1945 in Goree. He died September 8, 1990. Dean then married R.E. Massey on January 3, 1992. He died December 19, 2003. She was a homemaker and a member of Nocona Hills Community Church. Dean was also preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Carol Johnson, who died October 9, 2006. She is survived by a son, Charles Hudson of Nocona; 2 sisters, Rosetta Pruitt of Nocona and Joy Wenzel of White Settlement; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
