Bio

Sergeant First Class Westfall was a medic with the Medical Company, 31st Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. He was taken Prisoner of War while tending his wounded comrades in North Korea on November 28, 1950 and died while a prisoner on June 30, 1951 at Pyoktong Camp. His remains were not recovered.
