Bio
Alice Gann Weaver, age 92 of Austin, formerly of Kermit, Texas, passed away on January 20, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, S. A. Weaver, and her son, Pat Haygood. Alice was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family which includes her daughter, Imogene Kitchens and son-in-law, Aubrey of Austin; grandsons, Pete Kitchens of Montana, Rex Kitchens of Leander, Sam Haygood of North Carolina, Joe Haygood, Dan Haygood and daughter-in-law, Dorothy Haygood, all of Andrews; brother, Bobby Gann of Midland; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Kermit Cemetery, Kermit, Texas. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Austin's Christopher House. Services are under the direction of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78752.
