MARCELLA A. KAISER Marcella Agatha Kaiser, 91, of El Campo, died on Friday, September 23, 2005. She was born on October 28, 1913 in Smithville, Texas to the late Rudolph and Hermina Kana. She was a longtime resident of El Campo and was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Marcella was a charter member of the Catholic Daughters Court #1374 Our Lady Queen of Peace, SPJST Lodge #40 and KJZT. She was a homemaker and a sales associate for Sam Biskins, Gerberman-Bures Jewelry, and the Style Shop. Marcella is survived by her husband of 68 years, Hugo Kaiser, two sons, Hubert Kaiser and wife Mary Jane of El Campo and Marvin Kaiser and wife Lorna of Wharton, one daughter, Renee Beery and husband Alan of El Campo; 5 grandchildren, Nessa Rolf and husband David, Brent Kaiser and wife Carrie, Nikki Lyster and husband Tommy, Sara Macha and husband Philip, and Amy Beery, along with 7 great-grandchildren, Maegan, McKinzie and Chase Rolf, Dylan and Madelyn Lyster, and Elizabeth and Michael Kaiser; brother Benno Kana and wife Eleanora of El Campo; a sister, Alice Guffey and husband Gene of Wharton; sisters-in-law Bernice Kana and Sophie Kana both of El Campo. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Walter, Adolph, and Louis Kana. Visitation will begin at 10 AM on Monday. A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 25, at Triska Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Janak officiating. Entombment will be at Garden Memorial at Holy Cross Memorial Park. Triska Funeral Home, El Campo, 979-543-3681. Memorials may be made to the St. Philip School Endowment Fund, St. Philip School or El Campo Hospice or to the donor's choice. Pallbearers are David Rolf, Tommy Lyster, Philip Macha, Daniel Kana, Bill Guffey, Bobby Guffey, Dennis Kana, David Kana and Lawrence Kana.
