Dorothy Margaret (Williams) Remmers Dorothy Margaret Wood Remmers, 75, of Tyler passed Monday, May 14, 2001 in Tyler. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dresden Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, Texas 75701. Mrs. Remmers was born Aug. 12, 1925 in Magnolia to Oscar Otto and Audie Mae McWhirter Williams. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lee Remmers; brother, Asa Pinkney Williams; and parents. Mrs. Remmers is survived by her daughter, Cheryel Brown and husband Steven of Chandler; stepson, Robert Remmers and wife Irene of Fredricksburg; six grandchildren; and brothers, Grady Douglas Williams of Tyler, Harry Donald Williams of Crockett and William Walter Williams of Jennings, La. Arrangements by Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
