DentonRC.com, 8 JAN 2006 Mildred Juanita Purser Mildred Juanita Purser’s, 79, of Denton, life on this earth ended Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, after a courageous battle. She was born May 6, 1926, in Aubrey to Lawson Franklin Nation and Lily Juanita Housden Nation. She married James F. Purser on March 30, 1946, in Fort Worth. Visitation will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 8, 2006, at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, at Gateway United Baptist Church with the Rev. Buddy Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Belew Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Starr, Mike Starr, Alec Purser, Jason Purser, Tommy Purser and Danny Bourland. She is survived by her husband, James Purser, of Denton; daughter, Kathy and her husband, Danny Bourland, of Denton; two sons, James F. Jr. and his wife, Paula Purser, of Dallas, and Forrest and his wife, Kathy Purser, of Grapevine; and six grandchildren, Amie and Casey Cockerell, Jason and Jordan Purser, and Rachel and Alec Purser.
