Herald Coaster, April 13, 1985: Funeral services for Magdalene A. Jodarski, 89, of Rosenberg, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Davis-Dawson Funeral Home in Rosenberg with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Davis-Dawson Funeral Chapel with the Msgr. James Madden officiating. Mrs. Jodarski died Tuesday at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond following a brief illness. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. Survivors include six daughters, Ethel Seiler of Fairchilds, Florine Gibson of Alvin, Madeline Muegge of Rosenberg, Elbertha Eaves of Beaumont, Rhydonia Cowart and Mildred Landry, both of Houston; three sons, George Jodarski of Somerville, Alfred Jodarski and Frank Jodarski, both of Rosenberg; 34 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives. Friends may call at the Davis-Dawson Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
