Mary Ann Lee was born on May 22, 1926 in Panhandle, TX to Robert Edgar and Katie Belle (Etchinson) Tate. She passed away on December 12, 2013 in OKC,OK at the age of 87. She was a member of the Cogar United Methodist Church in Cogar, OK. A special thank you from the family to all who helped with Mom's care over the past ten years. They shared their time, as well as their love. Caretakers: Candy Sauter, Darlene Wilson, and Betty Boswood; and Quality Life Hospice. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Gideons International, www.gideons.org Survivors Include: her children: Belita Jo Byrd of Binger, OK, Patricia Ann Gunter and husband Steve of Edmond, OK, Richard Allen Lee of OKC,OK, and daughter in law Janet Lee of Binger, OK; her grandchildren: Darrel Hail and wife Debbie of Ponca City, OK, Christi Kliewer and Kevin Millsap of Weatherford, OK, Jeremy Lee and wife Hope of Bartlesville, OK, Jamie Wall of Gracemont, OK, Lacey Jennings and husband Mike of Gracemont, OK, Tyler Gunter, Keaton Gunter, and Caitlyn Gunter of Edmond, OK, Great grandchildren, Kaylee, Troy, and Braden Hail, Jaydn Wall, Jager Wall, Sydney Thompson-Jennings, Noah, and Jessica Lee, Carli Jennings, and Kurtis Millsap; her brother, Robert Edgar Tate, Jr. (Bud), her sister, Violet Tate, as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edgar and Katie Belle Tate, husband Shrum Lee, son, David Lee, granddaughter, Stephanie Lee, brothers: Herman, Fred, Orphus, and James Tate, sister: Ruby Marie Best.
