Curby Peek, age 77, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, May 04, 2014, at Regency Nursing Center. Mr. Peek was born May, 16, 1936, in Avery to Odis and Dorothy Lewis Peek. He is preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2014, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating. Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. He is survived by his 4 brothers, Clarence "Bo" Peek and wife Hellen of Caddo Mills, Carl Peek and wife Barbara of Gun Barrel City, Johnny Peek of De Kalb and Amos Peek and wife Linda of De Kalb; 2 sisters, Gladys Edwards of Clarksville and Dorothy Fay Gravely of De Kalb and a host of nieces and nephews.
