Lincoln Nebraska State Journal Monday, September 3, 1945 Page 6 EMERSON - Melissa Emerson, 79, of Lyman, Neb. died Sunday at the home of her granddaughter. She is survived by two granddaughters, Mrs. Ada Mae Gibbens, Nampa, Ida., and Mrs. Mary E. Thompson, Lyman; two sons, Carry W., in Navy, and John E., Mariaville, Neb; 21 granchildren, 12 great grandchildren. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wadlows, Rev W. P. Hill officiating. Lincoln Memorial Park
