Some records may indicate Martha's birth date differently, i.e. 1910. Martha's parents were William Henry Helton & Nancy Yearwood Shipp. Her husband was William Frances Hoover (Jan. 19, 1833 - Dec 28, 1910) the son of Daniel & Elizabeth Kellin Hoover.
