Herman G. "Sam" Morrison, 70, formerly of Decatur died 11:15 a.m. Friday (May 2, 1980) in University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, Ky. Mr. Morrison was born in Dollville, son of Thomas E. and Bessie Mae Simpson Morrison. He was retired from the power generator department of Lexington Bluegrass Army Depot. He married Gladys Behen. Morrison. Surviving are his wife; son, Stephen E. of Richmond, Ky.; mother of Decatur; sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Raskin of Decatur, Mrs. Opal Kemper of Dela, Mrs. Ruth Wells of Franklin, N.C.; brothers, Paul of Birmingham, Ala.; Thomas of Rockford; one grandchild.
