Bio

Ira Fletcher, 70, of Rt. 1, died today in Home Hospital. Mr. Fletcher was born in Kentucky. He lived in this community most of his life, He was a farmer, a member of the former Bos well Presbyterian Church and the Masonic Lodge. He married Laura Denton in 1927. Surviving with the wife are two daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Wilma) Carlile of Williamsport and Mrs. Dean (Karen) Helmerick of Lafayette; a son, Boyd Fletcher of Oxford, two brothers, Leba Fletcher of Pine Village and Lavaughn Fletcher of Fowler, and two sisters, Mrs. Herschell (Geneva) Burton and Mrs. John (Bernice) Tucker of Fowler; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
