PORCHER, Mrs. JOHN W. LITTLEFIELD, April 7 (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. John W. Porcher, 88, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the First Presbyterian Church of Littlefield, with Dr. R. C. Burns, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Littlefield Cemetery under direction of Hammons Funeral Home here. Mrs. Porcher died at her home, 3 1/2 miles northeast of Littlefield, Sunday at 3:30 p.ml. She had been in ill health for the past year. She had been a resident of Littlefield since 1926, moving here from San Augustine, Tex. She was born Nov. 30, 1869, in Texas. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. I. B. Williams of Pineland, Tex., Mrs. Felix D. Lewis and Mrs. Curtis Wade, both of San. Augustine; five sons, John, Ben and Bruce, all of Littlefield, George of Corpus Christi and Louis of Dallas; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
